Just for fun, I have hidden some chocolate Easter eggs around here!
You have the rest of the week to find as many as you can and then PM or e-mail me your list. (For each egg, just write its name and where you found it.) Whoever finds the most is the winner!
I'm not going to say exactly how many eggs there are; but if you reach double-digits I think you've done really well!
You can use this thread to discuss how many eggs you've found so far and/or which ones. But don't say where you found them, because that would spoil the game!
Good hunting and happy Easter!
(NB: There are no eggs in admin-only areas and I haven't edited any eggs into another member's forum posts.) _________________ "There's always a way!" |

Partly in response to Pepper's PM, here's a quick Q&A: -
Are you just adding more eggs as you go along?
No, there is a set amount. They have all been findable since Wednesday morning. You could try clearing your cache just to be safe.
Has anyone found all of the eggs yet?
I don't know. I eggspect most people are waiting until Sunday to send me their list. However... based on the numbers that have been posted in this thread, I'd say no, nobody has found all of them yet! Pepper is getting eggstremely close, but it's still possible to beat him!
I can't find any more! Can someone plz show me their list?
No need! When I post the results on Monday I will include the full list of eggs and locations; and I will leave the eggs in place for a few days so you can all check! _________________ "There's always a way!" |

Time's up!
Congratulations to our winner, Habenero Pepper, who found 16 of the 18 eggs!
For anyone who's curious, here's the complete list:
01. Aero Bubbles = Hover over any KH page footer ('Powered by Wordpress' etc).
02. Buttons = 'View more emoticons' when creating a forum post.
03. Terry's Choc Orange = Error 404 page (example).
04. Creme Egg = There's a link to it in my profile (www).
05. Dairy Milk Caramel = Image in this forum post (Best way to find it was to search the forums for posts/topics containing the word 'easter' and/or 'egg'!).
06. Flake = kellysheros.co.uk/egg (or 'egg.htm'). If you got the 404 one, you may have been close to finding this!
07. Crunchie = Preview a forum post before you submit it.
08. Kit Kat = Bottom of your Private Messages list.
09. Maltesers = KH Creations page.
10. Mars Planets = The main Kellys Heros banner (right-click, view image).
11. Milkybar = The KH spreadshirt shop banner (right-click, view image).
12. Mini Eggs = Challenges homepage ('Visit the forums' link).
13. Quality Street = Sidebar > Archive Index > By Quality.
14. Rolo = Sidebar > :-S -- Smilies List (maximize the window).
15. Smarties = The Worms Tournament page (Q&C link at bottom).
16. Toblerone = "The Front Bit" news post.
17. Yorkie = The Gladiator Duel page.
18. Twirl = Go to any forum member's profile and send an e-mail (example).
Nobody, as far as I know, found 05 and 06.
I'll leave all the eggs up for a few days just for anyone who is curious to see them.
Thanks to everyone who took part, and I hope you all had a good Easter! _________________ "There's always a way!" |
